Just got in from this evening's WAKY-WKLO Reunion at John E's. Although several were missing from past reunions, what made tonight special is many stood up and introduced themselves and shared a story or two about their life in the 'biz', as Ron Boone liked to refer to it as. Didn't get my picture taken with many of them this year, but I think more so tonight than the previous two reunions, tonight I played spectator behind the lens...thanks guys and gals...and a special thanks to Tom Prestigiacomo for doing a stellar job as emcee! You made John Quincy proud!

Thanks Max!. It sure was a great reunion. Tom really did a Fantastic Job as the MC. John Q, you were deeply missed by all. We all wished you was there. Maybe at the next "Last Reunion". Thanks to all who really put it together. It was Great!.

I was thinking today about the Reunions of 2005, 2006 and 2012 (the actual reunions that weren't part of a gathering at the Louisville Zoo or at Churchill Downs) and I think my favorites, in order, were the first one in 2005 (perhaps because it was the first time I met my heroes), the last one in 2012 (because it was very close and intimate), then the 2nd one in 2006 at the Clifton Center (because even it had some distractions going on elsewhere in the building).
What about YOU? What were your favorite reunions and memories?
